Riding terribly lately...

Hey all.

Recently, I've found myself riding really badly. Its strange, I can't help it, but I know I'm riding badly and its not even something I can stop myself doing. And my old pony's bad habits have just spread into Maya. Not standing still, swinging her bum out when I halt etc.

Is there something I'm doing that's making this happen, or would I be best calling it a day, and giving her to someone who can ride? :/
