PostSubject: All temperature rugs   Fri Oct 08, 2010 1:17 am

Has anyone had any experience of these rugs? A friend of mine is thinking of getting one and wondered if anyone knew what they are like?

This rug is recommended for use in ALL TEMPERATURES from -15 to +20 degrees. The secret is spacers under the rug which lift it off the horse's back, allowing it to use its natural tempterature regulation mechanism. No more hair squashed flat so that sweat can only soak into the rug and make it wet; no more piling on extra layers when it is cold because the hair can't be raised to trap warm air. And they say that horses love to roll in them as the spacers give them a free massage!

Any thoughts?

The price is £120 including p&p.
